Loop Management is based on the rigor of a team of experts who is not familiar with the definition of failure. We offer two main types of services: full project management (outsourcing project management towards Loop Operations) or supervision and support for our clients’ internal project teams.

Loop Management offers consultancy and assistance for all the necessary actions in developing a successful EU funded project from writing the application form to the effective management of the entire project. Financial assistance, support in reporting the activities, assistance in terms of relationship management with the authorities, are just some of the services we offer our clients for helping them improving project activities into an effective one with real and sustainable impact on their business and brand value.

Loop Management experts have achieved so far full refund of the completed projects’ costs, but also of ongoing ones.

Conferinta de finalizare a proiectului „Egalitate reala, nu conceptuala!” (Cluj-Napoca, 25 iunie 2015)

In data de 25 iunie 2015, incepand cu orele 17:00 va avea loc conferinta de finalizare a proiectului „Egalitate reala, nu conceptuala!” in cadrul careia vor fi prezentate rezultatele proiectului si a activitatilor derulate impreuna cu membrii grupului tinta. Evenimentul se va desfasura la Hotel Golden Tulip Cluj (Str. Observatorului, nr. 129, Cluj-Napoca) si sunt asteptati sa participe reprezentanti ai autoritatilor publice locale, ai organizatiilor cu activitate relevanta in domeniul ocuparii si incluziunii sociale, membri ai societatii civile si ai partenerilor sociali, precum si femei reprezentante ale grupului tinta.

Dezbaterea publica „Managementul diversitatii in organizatii – femeia si empatia emotionala”, organizata ieri, in Constanta, a reunit 60 de stakeholderi relevanti din domeniu. Alaturi de invitati am evaluat modul in care organizatiile, atat de la nivel regional, cat si national incurajeaza diversitatea, comportamentul asociativ, initiaza si implementeaza alternative care au ca rezultat o incluziune reala a tuturor angajatilor.

Chiar daca sunt promovate principiile egalitatii de gen, femeile din Romania sunt inca discriminate. Desi exista legislatie care sanctioneaza formele de discriminare, persoanele afectate fie din frica de a nu-si pierde locul de munca, fie ca urmare a faptului ca nu sunt obisnuite si cu o atitudine care face apel la respect, toleranta, profesionalism acestia sau acestea nu reactioneaza facand apel la instrumentele pe care legea le pune la dispozitie.
